How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your EzCash account using either of the following methods:
Option 1: In-App (Recommended)
- Open the EzCash app and log in to your account.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Security.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your decision when prompted.
Option 2: Email Request
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to support@e-z.cash from the email address associated with your account. Please include your username in the email so we can locate your account.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you delete your EzCash account, the following will occur:
- Data Deletion: Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
- Coins Forfeited: Any unredeemed Coins in your account will be permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered.
- Pending Rewards: Any pending reward redemptions will be cancelled and cannot be processed after account deletion.
- Irreversible: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored, and your Coins, rewards history, and all associated data cannot be recovered.
